When will my order arrive?

- Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days of placing the order.


An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address once the order has been shipped. Orders are shipped from our warehouse closest to your location.

USA, Canada: 7 - 10 working days


UK, Europe: 7 - 15 working days


Australia, New Zealand: 7 - 15 working days

Has my order been shipped yet?


- Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a shipping email when your order has been shipped. Please check your SPAM/junk mailbox in case the e-mail has landed there. If you can't find your shipping email or think you've deleted it, contact us at support@konvot.com and we can let you know in real time whether your order has been shipped or not.


My shipment is broken or damaged, what can I do?

- First of all, we apologize if this has happened. To help us fix it, please take photos and send them to us at support@konvot.com as soon as our team receives will take care of them. We must be notified within 48 hours of the parcel arriving and we are also not responsible for packaging damage as it is the courier's job to act with care. This is out of our control.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

- If you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately as the products are shipped from different warehouses that we own. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once.... they will get to you!

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do that?

- We always try our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it.


If you want to change your order, for example the style, size or a delivery address, then please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if your order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the order, but we are always happy to receive a return if you wish.

Can I get a refund or return?

- We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund, items must be in the condition you received them, including the box, packaging and all accessories.

Which countries do you ship to?

- We ship FREE worldwide to all countries.
